Is Secrets AI free?
Yes, with limits. The free tier gives you 20 chat messages a day and the first two episodes of every Secrets Shorts series: episode 1 plays without an account, episode 2 unlocks when you sign up (an email address is all it asks for). Everything else — locked episodes, unlimited chat, image and video generation, Moments — needs a paid plan. Free accounts can’t buy Moments either.
Secrets AI plans and prices
Prices on secrets.ai at our last check (October 2026), before tax. The store shows a “50% off” banner and struck-through prices; these are the prices you actually pay.

Plans renew automatically for the same term. You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover — not Amex) or in crypto (minimum $20). Charges show up as S LABS INC on your statement, with no mention of Secrets.

Ultimate adds 15,000 Moments, a 15% bonus on top-ups, group chats with up to three companions, personas, proactive messages and the strongest memory.
How Moments work
Moments are Secrets’ currency — “tokens” in Candy terms. They pay for:

Two rules matter:
- Monthly Moments reset. On each renewal date your plan’s Moments go back to 8,000 (or 15,000) — whatever you didn’t use is gone.
- Bought Moments stay. Top-ups never expire. Secrets’ own example: 4,000 Moments for $11.99, which becomes 4,400 on Premium.
What do Secrets Shorts really cost?
A typical series has 5 episodes: 2 free and 3 locked at 500 Moments — 1,500 Moments to finish. On yearly Premium that’s about $1.72 of your monthly allowance; on monthly Premium about $3.75.
- Premium unlocks 16 episodes a month — about five series.
- Ultimate unlocks 30 a month — about ten series.
- The whole catalog (63 locked episodes at our last check) costs 31,500 Moments: four months of Premium, or just over two of Ultimate.

How to pay less
- Take the yearly Premium plan if you’ll stay six months or more — $9.17/month against $19.99.
- Watch episodes 1 and 2 first and spend Moments only on series you’re hooked on.
- Spend your Moments before renewal. They reset; plan your month around 16 episodes.
- Skip Ultimate for shorts alone. The catalog has 63 locked episodes; Premium gets through them in four months.
Refunds
Per Secrets’ refund policy at our last check:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, and there are no partial refunds for unused days.
- Billing errors must be reported in writing within 30 days of the statement.
- Moments purchases are final. Anything bought with crypto is never refunded.
- EU and UK customers can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of the first purchase; if premium features were used, a proportional amount is kept. Renewals aren’t covered.
How to cancel
Open your Subscription page and click Cancel, or email support@secrets.ai. You keep access until the end of the billing period; after that, Secrets says, the account drops to the free tier with your chats and characters kept. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
