Is Secrets AI safe? Our verdict
Secrets AI is a legitimate business with detailed published terms and policies. The risks are the usual ones for subscription apps — automatic renewal, a strict refund policy and monthly Moments that reset — plus one to know before you sign: disputes go to individual arbitration in Canada. Know those and there are no surprises.
Who runs Secrets AI?
Secrets AI is operated by Secret Labs Inc., which its terms describe as “registered in both Canada and the United States”. Its mailing address is 8 The Green, Suite D, Dover, Delaware. The terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, and disputes are settled by binding individual arbitration seated in Vancouver — no class actions or jury trials, though small claims are allowed if you give notice within 60 days.
Billing and auto-renewal
- Plans renew automatically for the same term until you cancel; yearly plans are billed upfront.
- Price increases come with at least 30 days’ notice and apply from your next renewal.
- If a payment fails, Secrets may downgrade or pause your subscription until it’s paid.
- Charges appear as S LABS INC — discreet, with no mention of Secrets.
Refunds
Per Secrets’ refund policy at our last check:
- Subscription payments are non-refundable, with no partial refunds for unused days.
- Billing errors must be reported in writing within 30 days.
- Moments are final once bought, and crypto payments are never refunded.
- In the EU and UK you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days; if you’ve used premium features, a proportional amount is kept. This applies to the first purchase only, not renewals.
- Glitched image generations can be reported, and the Moments are refunded if confirmed.
How to cancel
Go to your Subscription page and click Cancel, or email support@secrets.ai. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Monthly Moments reset every billing cycle, so spend them before your plan ends.
Privacy
Secrets says a standard account needs only an email address. Chats are private to your account, connections are encrypted, and generated images and videos are served through private, time-limited links. Card details are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor rather than stored by Secrets. As with any AI companion app, don’t share real names, addresses or financial details in chats.
Content rules
Secrets is 18+ only. Every image and video on the platform is AI-generated and every character is fictional, and its policies prohibit any content involving minors or non-consensual acts. It publishes separate policies on moderation, underage content, takedowns and DMCA requests.
Is it safe to watch Secrets Shorts?
On the official site, yes — episode 1 of every series plays without an account. The risk is re-uploads on tube sites and video hosts: cropped, incomplete and surrounded by fake download buttons and scam ads.
Avoid “free Moments” offers
Moment generators, “free premium” links and modded apps don’t work, and some are designed to steal accounts or card details. Besides cards and crypto, the only payment option Secrets lists is prepaid Premium and Ultimate keys sold on G2A, redeemable at secrets.ai/redeem.
