Candy AI is a legitimate, registered business with clear published terms. The risks are the usual ones for subscription apps: automatic renewal, a very short refund window, and tokens that expire when you cancel. Know those three and there are no surprises.
Who runs Candy AI?
Candy.ai is owned and operated by EverAI Limited, incorporated in the Republic of Malta (Malta Business Registry number C107181), with its address in Santa Venera, Malta. Its terms are governed by Maltese law.
Billing and auto-renewal
- Plans renew automatically for the same term and price shown at checkout.
- Candy may raise prices, but says increases are communicated before a renewal.
- If your main card fails, a saved backup payment method can be charged.
Tip: set a reminder a few days before your renewal date.
Refunds
Per Candy’s terms at our last check:
- Request a refund within 24 hours of payment.
- Only card payments can be refunded.
- Refused if you’ve used more than 20 tokens.
- A chargeback cancels your subscription and removes remaining tokens immediately.
How to cancel
Go to Settings → Unsubscribe. Premium stays active until the end of the billing period; after that your account reverts to the free version and remaining tokens expire, so use them first.

Candy’s own terms advise not sharing sensitive personal details — addresses, financial information, passwords — in chats. Good advice for any AI companion app.
