Is Crushi safe? Our verdict
Crushi is run by a registered company and publishes the full set of policies you’d expect, with prices and renewal terms shown before you pay and a one-click cancellation in your profile. The usual subscription risks apply — automatic renewal and a strict refund policy — and one is specific to Crushi: it’s new. Shorts launched on October 1, 2026, there are no independent reviews yet, and parts of its legal pages still read like templates. Our advice: watch the 24 free episodes first, then try a single month rather than a year.
Who runs Crushi?
Crushi is operated by Alperen LTD, registration number HE 454844, at Ayiou Ayapitikou 31, Paphos 8041, Cyprus; a public mirror of the Cyprus company register lists it as incorporated in December 2023. The crushi.ai domain dates from August 2025.
The terms are governed by Cyprus law, with disputes settled by binding individual arbitration and a class-action waiver (the terms describe how to opt out). Consumers in the EU keep the protection of their own country’s law. Contacts: support@crushi.ai for billing, refunds and account questions, and privacy@crushi.ai for data requests.
Rough edges in the fine print
Nothing alarming, but worth knowing:
- The refund and privacy policies still contain a template placeholder — “[Your Cyprus Address]” — although the real address appears elsewhere on the same pages.
- The refund policy mentions App Store, Google Play, PayPal and Apple Pay purchases, but we found no Crushi app in either store, and the checkout we saw offers card and, on some plans, crypto.
- The policies don’t say what name appears on your bank statement. The checkout only says it charges on behalf of “Crushi (Alperen LTD)”.
Billing and auto-renewal
- Plans renew automatically at the price you signed up at; you tick an “I agree to recurring billing” box at checkout.
- Crushi says it emails a renewal reminder at least 7 days before each renewal.
- Price increases come with at least 30 days’ notice and apply from your next renewal.
- Failed payments are retried up to three times over seven days.
- Card payments go through a third-party processor with 3D Secure; Crushi says it never stores your card details.
Refunds
Per Crushi’s refund policy at our last check:
- Payments are non-refundable as a rule — including if you forget to cancel or don’t use the service.
- Billing errors (double charges, wrong amounts, charges after a completed cancellation) are refunded if reported within 60 days.
- Unauthorized charges are refunded, and so is downtime from outages over 48 hours or key features broken for more than 7 days.
- EU and UK customers can withdraw within 14 days; if they’ve used the service, a prorated part is kept.
- A chargeback filed without contacting support first leads to account suspension.
How to cancel
Go to Profile > My Premium and choose Cancel Subscription, or email support@crushi.ai with “Subscription Cancellation” in the subject — Crushi says it handles these within one business day. You keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Full plan details: Crushi pricing.
Age checks
Crushi is 18+ only. In most countries, including every US state, it relies on self-declaration — a checkbox at sign-up or an “I’m 18” dialog — and its policy says plainly that it doesn’t verify age beyond that. Where the law requires it, including the UK, a live selfie age estimate runs before adult content is shown; no ID document is requested and Crushi says it doesn’t keep the selfie. All content on the platform is AI-generated.
Privacy
Crushi doesn’t ask for a date of birth or ID. You can request your data or its deletion — deleting an account is done by emailing support@crushi.ai — but note that public characters other users have chatted with, and public comments and likes, may stay on the site after you leave. After you cancel, chat history may be kept for a limited time (typically 30–90 days). Data is processed in Cyprus and elsewhere, under the Cyprus data protection authority. As with any AI companion app, don’t share real names, addresses or financial details in chats.
Is it safe to watch Crushi Shorts?
On crushi.ai, yes — the first two episodes of every series stream without an account. The risk is re-uploads on tube sites and video hosts: incomplete, cropped and surrounded by fake download buttons and scam ads.
Avoid “free Premium” offers
Crushi has no free trial. “Free Premium” links, token generators and modded apps don’t work, and some are built to steal accounts or card details. The only legitimate ways to pay are the plans and token packs on crushi.ai itself.
